This team is tasked with caring for the People of Trinity United Methodist Church and works with the Welcoming Ministry to connect with new visitors to our faith community.
Members of this team make calls and visits to our shut-ins, transport members to appointments or stores, and send cards at Christmas and Easter. The team meets once a month to report on the status of shut-ins and the sick. The Caring Ministries team works closely with the pastor to ensure the homebound and visitors are reached.
Caring Ministries sponsors the LOVs – loving volunteers who help in the church office, answering the phone, providing assistance to the homeless who seek food or phone usage, sending cards and making calls to the homebound and to visitors.
